Is the Word file editable?

Does the Word version look like the template I picked?
No, and that's deliberate. The Word file uses one clean single-column layout with no photo, graphics or background colors — the format that recruiters' forms and applicant tracking systems read most reliably. The 30 designed templates (two columns, color, photo) are for the PDF export.
Should I send my resume as Word or PDF?
Send a PDF unless the job posting or form asks for Word. A PDF keeps the layout exactly as you designed it; Word is for when a recruiter or agency wants to edit the file, or their system only accepts .docx. With Folium you can download both from the same resume.
